Action Items

Initial action items for students who have applied and been formally accepted to project include the following:

• Secure your parent’s permission
• Take time to read ALL the information you were given and pray about your decision.
• By e-mail let the person who notified you of your acceptance know of your decision on whether or not you will be joining us this summer within the next 72 hour of notification of acceptance.
• Return the following items to the address below as soon as possible; no later than two weeks of your acceptance to project:

1. Response card
2. The Recreational, Liability Form
3. The Medical Form
4. $200 Deposit (non refundable)(payable to Campus Crusade)
